How We Work
The Process
-
Stage 1 – Initial proposal and estimate
We provide an initial proposal containing a project overview and a ball-park estimate, as well as information regarding our history, team and samples of our previous work.
-
Stage 2 – Scope document
We provide a detailed document to make functionality aspects of the project clear to both parties. This document helps us to make sure both of our expectations from the project are consistent.
-
Stage 3 – Design visuals
We provide high quality design visuals for the various aspects of the project, these will be made ready for your inspection and approval.
-
Stage 4 – Development
We will provide a list of required content and will start to develop the project according to the scope and design documentation, building the project to the exact specification agreed upon.
-
Stage 5 – Deployment
We will ask you to confirm that the project delivered meets the original design documentation and, if agreed, the project will be considered complete.
The process doesn’t end when we launch, we make sure you are happy even afterwards.
We would have logged all additionally requested features (which differ from the initial documentation) and these will be addressed at this stage. These new requirements can be documented and charged per project or per hour – whichever you find most convenient.
